Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Operations &
- Analytics Manager to drive commercial growth and operational excellence by leading digital transformation, governance, standardization, and automation for the sales force across the Andean region. As a growth catalyst and strategic enabler, this role promotes data-driven decision-making through unified analytics in DOMO, Sigma, and SAP, standardizes commercial policies, and oversees end-to-end operations, including fleet management, pricing governance, and audit compliance. Additionally, it integrates cutting-edge commercial initiatives and optimizes field productivity tools like Call Value and ITT to align local execution with General and Divisional strategies.
Responsibilities
- Sales Tools &
- Systems Management: Administer regional platforms (SAP, DOMO, Call Value, TIMI, Sigma) and lead integrations with vendors like Neogrid to maintain data integrity for pricing, inventory, and dashboards.
- Commercial Strategy &
- Analytics:
Track field force productivity, monitor sell-out trends, and manage digital innovation initiatives, including EDGE/Commercial Fundamentals rollouts across the region.
- Financial Planning &
- Forecasting: Consolidate monthly/quarterly sales projections, generate daily performance reports, and build annual operational expense (NVO) budgets for tools and suppliers.
- Governance &
- Audit Compliance: Maintain master data updates and ensure full audit readiness for annual SOX compliance, Ethics alignments, PESV, and internal/external audits.
- Pricing &
- Commercial Policies: Standardize commercial agreements across CDO, oversee pricing condition workflows (TIMI), and coordinate monthly price revisions and SPI compliance with Finance.
- Operations &
- Logistics Management: Direct the planning, execution, and budgeting of the Annual Sales Convention, and oversee the regional fleet, gas chip operations, and vendor renewals.
- Cross-Functional &
- Administrative Support: Provide ongoing operational assistance to Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics while supporting local and divisional LatAm technology projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial and/or Financial operations, with a proven track record in financial analysis and/or strategic commercial support
- Experience managing budgets
- Strong organization skills with a proven ability to optimize and manage processes
- Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams or direct reports
- Hands-on proficiency with SAP (specifically Sales/SD or Finance/FI-CO modules)
- Experience building and using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) for analytics and reporting
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, modeling, and data manipulation)
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT or Copilot)
