About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to support a U.S.-based law firm. The idóneo candidate will have prior experience handling Personal Injury cases from intake through pre-settlement, maintaining communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers while ensuring cases move efficiently through each stage of the process.

This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and experience managing medical records, medical bills, and case documentation in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

Case Management

- Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through pre-settlement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the life of the case.
- Monitor case progress and ensure all deadlines and follow-ups are completed on time.
- Maintain accurate case notes and status updates within the case management system.

Client Communication
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding treatment progress and case updates.




- Address client questions and concerns while managing expectations.
- Document all client communications and case activity.

Medical Records & Documentation
- Request, collect, review, and organize medical records and medical bills.
- Track outstanding medical documentation and provider responses.
- Verify that all records and invoices are accounted for before demand preparation.
- Maintain organized electronic case files and supporting documentation.

Insurance & Provider Coordination
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and case-related matters.
- Coordinate with medical providers to monitor treatment and obtain documentation.
- Verify policy information, available coverage, and claim details.

Demand Preparation Support
- Assist in assembling demand packages.
- Organize medical records chronologically.
- Calculate and organize medical expenses, liens, and lost wage documentation for attorney review.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Injury (PI).
- Experience as a Case Manager, Personal Injury Legal Assistant, or similar legal support role.
- Advanced english level
