Requirements

Required Qualifications

- 3-10 years of experience in HR support or recruiting roles




- Hands-on experience with recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, drafting job posts, and managing candidates through offer and onboarding
- Experience building SOPs from scratch and improving HR workflows, including onboarding, payroll workflows, recruiting processes, and documented handoffs
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now, including creating employee logins and managing access systems
- Familiarity with HR compliance support
- Fluent English communication skills
- Availability to work during US business hours

- Familiarity with payroll processing workflows and employee data management
