What You Can Expect

Produces and performs Quality Control on Personalized Surgical Instruments (medical images, planning surgical case and PSI jigs) under controlled processes. Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME). Participates in resolution of user complaints and non-conformities and resolve customer issues.

How You'll Create Impact

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Serves as SME and may lead others

Expert in Imaging Technician responsibilities and proficient in all duties.

Trains new team members on all modules





Verifies and approves patient medical images received from clients following e-Manufacturing instructions

Quality Control on patient medical images Segmentations, custom instruments.

Maintains case records properly documented according to PSI e-Manufacturing instructions

Takes part to continuous improvement activities

Participate in the resolution of user complaints , and non-conformities , related to the PSI product ,and communicates with clients and resolves issues to ensure a continuous production

Participate in new product introductions (design transfer)

Meets productivity and quality standards

Your Background

Education/Experience Requirements Relevant Professional diploma preferred (3D mechanical drawing).

Experience in CAD design or mechanical drawings preferred.

4+ years of Imaging Technician PSI I/II experience or equivalent required
