We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Specialist to support daily final-mile transportation operations and maintain visibility across assigned routes, deliveries, and operational activities.

The idóneo candidate will have at least 6 months of Dispatch experience and strong communication skills in English. This role requires the ability to monitor operations in real time, identify exceptions, coordinate with internal operational leadership and carrier-partner managers, and ensure accurate and timely updates across multiple systems.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment, managing multiple priorities, following up on open issues, and adapting to evolving workflows and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor assigned final-mile van operations, including route, delivery, and operational status.
- Review activity across multiple operational systems and identify potential exceptions or issues.
- Communicate with internal operational leadership and managers supporting assigned carrier partners.
- Identify delivery and route issues, analyze available information, and determine appropriate next actions.
- Escalate operational issues that require additional leadership involvement or decisions outside the assigned authority.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in systems of record and internal communication platforms.
- Follow up on open operational issues until the required action or resolution is confirmed.
- Support visibility into delivery performance, route execution,



and operational exceptions.
- Prioritize issues based on urgency and potential impact on delivery execution.
- Document actions, updates, escalations, and outcomes to maintain accurate operational records.
- Maintain consistent communication and responsiveness throughout the assigned shift.
- Participate in team communications, operational meetings, training, and process updates.
- Adapt to changes in SOPs, workflows, systems, and operational requirements.
- Perform additional dispatch and operational support activities as assigned.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Dispatch is required.
- Background in logistics and transportation.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience monitoring routes, deliveries, drivers, or transportation operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in operational data entry.
- Analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify exceptions and determine appropriate actions.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to communicate clearly with operational leadership and carrier-partner managers.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
