Are you someone who catches the little details, loves keeping things organized, and knows how to keep immigration cases moving forward? Do you have experience working with immigration documentation and feel comfortable managing multiple cases, client follow-ups, and deadlines at the same time?

We’re looking for a Case Documentation Specialist to support the preparation and organization of immigration cases from initial assignment through attorney review.

You’ll work with client questionnaires, immigration applications, supporting documents, case packages, and internal case trackers. You’ll also communicate with clients to collect missing information, review documentation for accuracy and completeness, and make sure cases are organized and ready for the attorney or designated reviewer.

What You Will Do

- Receive assigned immigration cases and add them to the internal case tracker.
- Review case information and confirm the case type and current status.
- Send welcome emails and provide clients with access to the client portal and questionnaires.
- Collect, download, review,



and organize client documentation.
- Review questionnaires for completeness and accuracy.
- Compare client information against supporting documents and identify missing or inconsistent information.
- Review names, dates, addresses, employment history, timelines, and other important case details.
- Review and prepare immigration applications based on client information and supporting documentation.
- Make sure the correct applications and supporting documents are included for each case.
- Prepare and organize case packages, including cover letters, applications, supporting documentation, and other required components.
- Review sponsor and financial documentation when applicable.
- Identify missing documents or information and follow up with clients.
- Leave clear notes and comments for the attorney or designated reviewer when clarification is needed.
- Monitor case updates, emails, tasks, and deadlines.
- Keep internal case trackers and case statuses updated.
- Maintain organized case files and backups in the appropriate systems.
- Complete a final quality check before sending the case package for attorney review.

What You Bring

- Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
- Previous experience working with immigration cases, immigration documentation,



or in a similar legal support role.
- Strong understanding of immigration case documentation and case preparation.
- Experience reviewing immigration forms, questionnaires, and supporting documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to catch missing or inconsistent information.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases, follow-ups, priorities, and deadlines at the same time.
- Strong written communication skills and confidence communicating directly with clients.
- Comfortable following up with clients for missing documents or information.
- Ability to review detailed information including names, dates, addresses, employment history, and supporting evidence.
- Comfortable working independently while knowing when something needs to be escalated for attorney review.
- Experience using legal case management systems is preferred.
- Experience with Docketwise is a strong plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and similar tools is a plus.
- Experience with immigration matters such as Adjustment of Status (AOS), EAD, Consular Processing, petitions, RFEs, waivers, naturalization, travel documents, and visa cases is a plus.

- Position: Case Documentation Specialist.
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday.
- Setup: 100% Remote.
- Compensation: Based on experience, USD / month.
