Iron Mountain busca un/a Associate Representative, Customer Service orientado/a al detalle y proactivo/a para unirse a nuestro equipo de operaciones con clientes.
En este rol,



serás responsable de garantizar una experiencia de usuario excepcional mediante la gestión integral de requerimientos, incidencias y solicitudes de clientes regionales, asegurando la correcta parametrización de sistemas internos y el control de procesos logísticos clave. Formarás parte de un equipo vibrante orientado a la excelencia operativa y al servicio integral en toda la región.

What You’ll Do
- Gestionar el ciclo de vida de los casos y las órdenes de servicio, ejecutando el procesamiento, cancelación, reprogramación de órdenes (tipos 1 al 8, Z y A) e inventarios, así como la liberación de actas de destrucción y control presupuestario para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y entregables precisos.
- Colaborar con equipos interdisciplinarios —incluyendo las áreas de Transporte, Facturación, Cobranzas, Gerencia de Éxito del Cliente (CSM - Customer Success Manager) y Procesos
