Must-have
- 5+ years of application development experience.
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Certinia PSA, formerly FinancialForce PSA. (Mandatory)
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end Certinia PSA lifecycle, architecture, processes, and data model.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of Apex.
- Strong knowledge of Lightning and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience creating and maintaining Salesforce permission sets, custom objects, and other platform configurations.
- Experience working with Salesforce managed packages and external systems.
- Experience designing, developing, or supporting REST API integrations.
- Ability to understand complex integration flows across multiple upstream and downstream systems.
- Experience independently investigating and resolving complex production issues.
- Experience working with databases and writing complex queries for investigation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with source-control systems such as Azure DevOps and Git.
- Experience delivering solutions using Agile methodologies in a CI/CD environment.
- Ability to perform effective code reviews and recommend improvements to development practices and automated review tools.
- Ability to contribute to application architecture and make technical decisions aligned with platform standards and the product roadmap.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor less-experienced engineers.
- Strong organisational, planning, and creative problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, QA, business, and leadership stakeholders.
- Ability to build productive cross-functional and cross-departmental relationships.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs while meeting commitments.
- Availability to work shifted hours, either 10:00 to 19:00 CET or 11:00 to 20:00 CET, with approximately four hours of daily overlap with US Central Time.

- Experience with Certinia CPQ.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM functionality.
- Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations, including multiple instances.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure integrations and services.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Strong DevOps and CI/CD experience.
- Previous development experience with Java or .NET.
- Experience working within the Agile SAFe framework.
- Experience optimising and tuning Salesforce solutions to meet performance requirements.
- Experience working in an enterprise environment with several interconnected Salesforce and PSA teams.
- Salesforce or Certinia certifications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, customise, and support solutions built on Salesforce and Certinia PSA.
- Work with the existing Certinia PSA implementation and support the full PSA business lifecycle.
- Analyse existing functionality and deliver enhancements across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce customisations.
- Independently troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues in production environments.
- Analyse integration flows between Salesforce, Certinia, and upstream and downstream enterprise systems.
- Design, build, and support REST API integrations, including environments where MuleSoft is not used.
- Work with Microsoft Azure-based systems and services within the broader integration landscape.
- Analyse data and write complex database queries for development, investigation, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in application architecture planning and help identify scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions.
- Create technical designs, system narratives, prototypes, and detailed implementation specifications.
- Make informed technical decisions aligned with the product roadmap, architecture standards, and business needs.
- Develop estimates covering implementation effort, resource needs, and delivery timelines.
- Participate in code reviews and guide the team towards consistent coding and quality standards.
- Mentor less-experienced engineers and support technical knowledge sharing.
- Develop test plans and help ensure compliance with software quality assurance standards.
- Participate in technical discussions, testing, deployment, release activities, and production support.
- Collaborate with distributed engineering, QA, and business teams across the United States and Canada.
- Identify technical risks and issues, determine their underlying business impact, and drive them to resolution.
- Provide regular status updates to the Agile team, product owners, and product managers.
- Deliver assigned projects and tasks on time while honouring commitments to stakeholders.
