Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Bilingual Spanish-English Immigration Paralegal. In this role, you will assist attorneys by preparing legal documents, including immigration petitions and forms, conducting research on immigration laws and policies,



and managing client communications in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities also include maintaining case records, ensuring compliance with visa processes, and collaborating with other members of the legal team to support clients efficiently.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of Immigration Law, including topics like Asylum, Removal, BIA, T-Visas, U-Visa, Consular Processing and other cases.
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and understanding of legal procedures and terminology
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Strong organizational, research, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under deadlines
- Proficiency in legal software and willingness to utilize technology for remote work
- Bachelor's degree or previous experience in immigration law is highly desirable
