We are looking for a Manual QA Engineein Colombia - ENglish Fluent B2/C1
? Location: Colombia – Remote
? Contract: Indefinite-term
? Salary: COP $2.9M – $3.6M
? Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Manual QA testing.
- Experience testing web and back-end systems.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle and test design.
- Experience with API testing using Postman or Bruno.
- SQL knowledge for data integrity validation.
- Experience with test management and bug tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr or QMetry.
- Strong exploratory, regression, smoke and usability testing skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor in QA workflows.
- Exposure to Prompt Engineering.
- Nice to have: Agile/Scrum, automation frameworks, performance and security testing knowledge.
