We are looking for a friendly, empathetic, and highly personable Client Liaison to join our team!

This is the perfect position for someone who genuinely loves talking to people, has an amazing phone presence, and enjoys building relationships and helping others. Our clients are going through difficult situations, so we need someone who can make them feel heard, supported, and cared for while also keeping their cases moving forward.

What You’ll Do

· Build strong relationships with clients through regular phone communication.

· Conduct scheduled case-review calls and check on clients’ medical treatment and progress.

· Monitor treatment, MRIs, specialist appointments, procedures, and other important case milestones.

· Follow up with medical providers for records and bills.

· Identify treatment gaps, delays, or issues that could prevent a case from progressing.

· Maintain accurate and detailed case notes.

· Work closely with Paralegals and the legal team to move cases toward demand.

· Help organize and prepare files and demand packets.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

· Has excellent, fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.





· Has an exceptional, friendly, and professional phone presence.

· Is naturally empathetic, patient, positive, and approachable.

· Loves talking to people and is comfortable spending a large part of the day on the phone.

· Is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and great at following up.

· Takes ownership and doesn’t simply complete tasks, they look for what needs to happen next.

· Legal or personal injury experience is a plus, but a great personality, communication skills, and willingness to learn are extremely important to us.
