Role Description The Asesora comercial de belleza y ventas is a full-time, on-site role based in Bello. This position is responsible for advising customers on beauty products, explaining features and benefits, and recommending solutions tailored to their needs. Daily tasks include greeting customers, providing product demonstrations, managing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing store area.

The role involves following up with customers to encourage repeat purchases, handling questions or concerns,



and ensuring high standards of customer service. The Asesora also assists with stock checks, promotional displays, and basic commercial management tasks to support sales targets.

Qualifications

- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to provide attentive, informed, and solution-oriented assistance.
- Sales and Commercial Management experience to achieve targets, manage product offerings, and support store performance.
- Following Up skills to maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Knowledge or strong interest in beauty and cosmetic products, with the ability to learn about ingredients, usage, and trends.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused and consultative approach.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Bello, including flexibility for retail hours, weekends, and peak seasons as needed.
- Basic numeracy and point-of-sale system skills to handle transactions accurately.
- Previous experience in beauty retail or similar customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
