Job Summary

The Solution Architect for Salesforce serves as the technical lead architect and administrator and for the Fujifilm Life Sciences Solution organizations' CRM platform. This role provides technical expertise, strategic guidance, and execution. By owning platform architectural design, optimization and implementation, technical configuration and development (native and custom), technical architecture and delivery, development operations (DevOps), integration infrastructure and development with Enterprise Systems, platform automation, platform strategy and architecture, data strategy and architecture, data management and operations, security architecture, operational health via platform monitoring and performance, release management, and AI architecture, strategy and development to ensure a scalable, secure, and high-performing optimized Salesforce cloud solutions and environments this role acts as a technical delivery partner to the IT Business Partners, driving realization of solutions for the enterprise roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Configuration




- Serve as the primary technical resource for Salesforce CRM, executing complex system configuration, technical management and lead end-to-end solution architecture.
- Manage user administration, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, SSO, authentication control, and security controls.
- Execute the configuration of standard and custom objects, page layouts (dynamic and legacy), record types, automation (flows), and validation rules to meet business requirements defined by the IT Business Partners.
- Design and lead all Salesforce implementations
- Serves as the senior authority for all complex Salesforce cloud and AI solutions

Technical Development & Integration
- Design, build, and maintain declarative development (Flows) and drive, manage and oversee custom programmatic development and solutions (Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL) where necessary.
