We are looking for a Senior Director of Data Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery and maintain strong technical quality across assigned accounts.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution delivery for designated accounts
- Drive governance for production and delivery activities in line with selected delivery methods
- Assign resources to match required competencies and seniority to project demands
- Design sustainable architectures and provide high-quality technical leadership
- Facilitate collaboration across disciplines and stakeholder groups
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Resolve client issues and reduce potential engagement risks
- Produce client proposals and statements of work
- Ensure compliance with EPAM methodologies with emphasis on agile practices
- Confirm client accountability is met within engagements




- Create delivery plans covering timeline, quality, and resource estimates
- Apply continuous risk management practices to support decision-making
- Track and improve delivery performance metrics
- Support sales bids with technical and managerial input
- Coach and mentor delivery managers
- Engage actively in EPAM’s delivery management community

Requirements
- Extensive experience (15+ years) leading Data and Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing, and BI projects
- Strong understanding of data engineering and data platform solutions, including batch and streaming processes
- Hands-on expertise with Big Data stacks such as Hadoop, Yarn, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, Kafka
- Background in Python, Scala, or Java programming with emphasis on analytics and machine learning
- Proficiency in SQL and cloud data technologies, and maintaining Big Data solutions
- Knowledge of data architecture and software delivery workflows
