Where You’ll Make a Difference
Design and execute sensory, consumer, and cognitive research projects aligned with business and innovation objectives
Select and apply appropriate research methodologies to address consumer, product, and market questions
Ensure research quality through data validation, cleaning, monitoring, and adherence to established protocols




Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable consumer insights and business recommendations
Partner with Innovation, Creativity & Design (IC&D;), commercial, and cross-functional teams to support product development and decision-making
Present research findings, conclusions, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and customers
Maintain research databases, documentation, and knowledge management resources
Coordinate and support sensory panels, research activities, technicians, and external partners when applicable
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance research capabilities, methodologies, and consumer understanding
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Consumer Science, Psychology, Market Research, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in sensory and consumer research, preferably within the fo
