The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing high-quality visual assets aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. This role focuses on strong execution and consistency, working under the guidance of senior designers and the Creative Director, supporting cross-functional teams (marketing, product, CRM, performance), and developing creative skills within the brand’s visual standards.
What You'll Do:
Design and adapt visual assets for digital campaigns (paid media, social media, display, CRM, landing pages, etc.) following established guidelines.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to visual guidelines across all deliverables.
Adapt approved creative concepts across multiple formats, channels, and audiences.




Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and senior designers to execute effective campaigns.
Apply feedback and produce iterations based on performance data (A/B testing variations).
Manage assigned tasks and deliverables while meeting deadlines and priorities.
Support the maintenance and organization of the design system and brand asset library.
Seek guidance and apply feedback from senior designers to ensure quality standards.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Advertising, or related field.
2+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in digital environments or agencies.
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects and Figma are a plus).
Solid visual design fundamentals (typography, color, composition, hierarchy).
