We're looking for our next Logistics & Shipping Specialist to join our team. Our adecuado candidate is a proactive communicator and natural problem-solver who thrives in a high-energy environment. You'll be the central point of contact between our customers, warehouses, suppliers, and carriers, keeping every shipment on track and every stakeholder informed. Prior experience in track & trace, logistics, supply chain, and customer service is key,



along with the ability to multitask, a positive attitude, and outstanding communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, warehouses, and suppliers throughout the entire shipping and delivery process.
Proactively communicate shipment status updates, including delays, exceptions, or changes, to all relevant parties via phone calls, emails, and text messages.
Make and receive calls and messages with carriers, drivers, warehouses, suppliers, and customers on a daily basis to coordinate and confirm logistics operations.
Ensure freight arrives correctly and on time to its destination, managing exceptions and escalations as needed.
Schedule and coordinate transportation based on shipment requirements, including weight, dimensions, and delivery timelines.
Select the appropriate shipping method (ground, LTL, FTL, etc.) based on loa
