About the Role
TradeQuo is looking for a Junior Designer to join our Latam Marketing team and support the day-to-day creative production across social media, marketing campaigns, advertising, and other digital initiatives.
This is a hands-on design role focused on high-volume creative production, asset adaptation, and execution. You will work closely with the Senior Designer and broader Marketing team to ensure creative assets are delivered on time, meet brand standards, and maintain a consistent visual identity across channels.
The idóneo candidate is creative, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with multiple formats, deadlines, and feedback. Strong knowledge of Figma is required.

What You'll Do
Create day-to-day visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, advertising, and other digital channels.




Design and adapt creative assets for multiple formats and platforms, including Reels, carousels, Stories, quote cards, blog visuals, and advertising formats.
Work in Figma to create, edit, organize, and adapt marketing design assets.
Support the Senior Designer with the execution of larger campaigns, creative initiatives, and design sprints.
Apply TradeQuo's brand guidelines consistently across all creative materials.
Adapt existing creative concepts into different formats while maintaining visual consistency and quality.
Make revisions and incorporate feedback accurately and efficiently.
Support the design team in maintaining continuity of creative production when other team members are unavailable.
Maintain and organize design assets, templates, working files, and creative libraries.
Keep design files organized and easy for the team to access, update, and reuse.
