Job Description
The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization's facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with applicable requirements. This includes overseeing maintenance, security, cleaning,



waste management, transportation expenses, expansion projects, asset inventories, and other facility-related services.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all facility-related activities and services.
Plan and manage the facilities maintenance budget.
Ensure facilities comply with occupational health and safety regulations.
Oversee waste management and ensure appropriate disposal practices.
Coordinate the procurement and delivery of cleaning, security, and maintenance services.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Partner with other departments to ensure facilities meet their operational needs.
Regularly audit processes performed by direct reports to ensure efficiency and compliance with established policies and procedures.
