H Street Digital is a performance marketing agency specializing in scaling direct-to-consumer brands in the outdoor and sports category. We optimize five performance levers, offers, creative, media buying, landing page conversion rate optimization, and signal engineering, in 90-day sprints to scale accounts on a consistent, repeatable basis.

Mission
Execute and continuously improve Google media buying across an assigned book of accounts, working closely with the Head of Media Strategy to develop into a strategic media buyer over time. This role is built for growth: you'll start with strong execution ownership and increasing input into strategy, with the runway to take on greater account ownership and responsibility as your judgment develops.

Who You Are
A Fast Learner: You have working knowledge of Google Ads account structure, bid strategy, and budget allocation, and you're motivated to deepen that expertise quickly.
An Emerging Diagnostician: You pull your own data and analyze account performance regularly.



You form a hypothesis about why an account is or isn't performing before bringing it to your manager, even knowing you'll sometimes be redirected.
A Contributor, Not Just an Executor: You don't wait to be told what to do. You propose test ideas, budget shifts, and optimizations, understanding they'll be reviewed and sometimes revised by the Head of Media Strategy.
Reliable and Detail-Oriented: You manage the day-to-day mechanics of your accounts, campaign structure, budget pacing, bid management, with consistency and speed.
Hungry to Grow: You want to move toward strategic ownership and are willing to put in the work, including outside learning (certifications, platform updates, industry reading) to get there.
