What Makes You a Great Fit
Pebl is seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Program Manager to join our Business Operations organization, reporting to the Vice President of Employment Solutions.
This role will lead cross-functional initiatives that improve the experience of Pebl’s customers and employees while strengthening the scalability, efficiency, and quality of our general operations.
The Program Manager will translate strategic priorities into clear workplans, establish accountability across teams, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and ensure projects deliver measurable business outcomes.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Lead complex, cross-functional programs from initial scoping through implementation, measurement, and post-launch review.
Translate business priorities into structured projects, with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, success metrics, and decision points.
Establish strong project governance by facilitating working sessions, maintaining documentation, and providing consistent updates to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Partner with teams across Operations, R&D;, Engineering, Legal and Sales to set cross-functional program goals and coordin
