We are looking for an experienced Google & Meta Ads Specialist who can independently manage paid advertising across multiple client accounts.
This is not an entry-level role. You should already know how to build, manage, troubleshoot, and improve campaigns while staying current with the latest tools, automation, AI features, and strategies on both platforms.
You should be comfortable managing up to 10 clients at a time, with different industries, goals, and advertising budgets.

Job Overview:
As our Google & Meta Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of paid media campaigns across our client portfolio.



You will work with our directors, account managers, creative team, and other marketing staff to develop advertising strategies that support each client's business objectives.

Clients may include local service businesses, retail and e-commerce companies, professional services, B2B businesses, and other industries.

Some clients will have relatively modest advertising budgets, while others may have larger budgets and multiple campaigns running simultaneously. You must be able to adjust your strategy appropriately rather than applying the same approach to every account.

A major part of this role is staying current. We expect you to stay informed about changes to Google and Meta best practices, test useful new strategies, and understand when new tools should and should not be used.
