Job Description
Kaplan International Languages is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior
Account Representative to support student recruitment growth across the Americas.
Reporting to the Account Manager, this role will focus on strengthening agent partnerships,
identifying new business opportunities, driving student enrollments, and supporting
regional sales and marketing initiatives.
We also require you to have excellent organizational skills and be a self-starter. KLG is a




leading provider of English language courses. We take great pride in ensuring that our
students have the opportunities and tools to succeed, and our educators offer consistently
high standards of teaching.
We have language schools in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Germany, France, and
Switzerland filled with students from all over the world.
As a Junior Account Representative, key job responsibilities include, but are not limited
to:
• Achieving individual targets, both market-based and for specific relationships, to
make a significant contribution towards the success of the region.
• Deliver agent training programs, webinars, and workshops to improve partner
product knowledge and conversion performance.
• Represent Kaplan International Languages at industry conferences, agent
workshops, recruitment fairs, and student-facing events.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and
