Summary:
We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to support the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications within the Railroad industry. This role requires deep expertise across both backend and frontend technologies, with the ability to build scalable, high-performance solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The adecuado candidate has a strong engineering background, experience working across the full software development lifecycle, and a passion for delivering innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full stack applications.
Build and support microservices, APIs, and backend systems.
Develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly web applications.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.
Optimize application performance, scalability,



and reliability.
Contribute to CI/CD processes and cloud-based deployment strategies.
Document technical solutions and support knowledge-sharing across teams.
Partner with DevOps and Cloud Engineering teams to implement and maintain secure, scalable environments.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience developing enterprise applications using Go, Python and Angular.
Strong experience with RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and SDLC best practices.
Experience supporting production applications and resolving complex technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience working with GitLab repositories and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
