About PhoneNinjas AI PhoneNinjas AI (phoneninjas.ai) builds AI-powered phone receptionists for dental practices, law firms, and home service businesses across the US. Our agents answer calls 24/7, book appointments, qualify leads, and hand off to humans when it matters. We're a small, fast-moving team based in Dallas, and every customer we onboard depends on a well-configured agent that sounds natural and does the right thing on every call.

The role You'll be the person who turns a new customer's requirements into a working AI voice agent. That means reading how a dental office or law firm actually handles calls, writing the prompts and conversation logic that make the agent behave correctly, wiring it into the customer's scheduling or CRM tools, and testing it until it's right. You'll work directly with the founder and our developers, and you'll own agent quality for the accounts you configure.

What you'll do
Configure and tune AI voice agents: system prompts, conversation flows, escalation rules, and edge-case handling




Translate customer intake notes and call recordings into precise agent behavior
Set up integrations via REST APIs and webhooks (scheduling tools, CRMs, email/SMS notifications) using low-code orchestration
Review call transcripts, diagnose where an agent went wrong, and fix it
Document configurations so they're repeatable across similar customers
Join customer onboarding calls (in English) when needed

What we're looking for
Excellent written and spoken English — you'll read nuanced US customer requests and listen to real call recordings. This is non-negotiable.
A programming or technical background: you're comfortable reading API docs, working with JSON, and reasoning through if/then logic and state
Strong attention to detail — small wording changes in a prompt change how an agent behaves, and you notice
Self-directed; comfortable owning work end-to-end on a small team
Based in Colombia and able to work US Central hours
