You'll own the GB/Enterprise business across Colombia and the broader Andean region, driving a high-performance team of Account Executives focused on account development and expansion within our Core solutions portfolio. What You'll Actually Be Doing

Lead and develop a team of Account Executives based in Colombia, focused on account development within GB (General Business - Companies from 1.000 to 4.500 employees) and Enterprise accounts (companies ahead 4.500 employees).
Set and execute an account development strategy for the GB/Enterprise segment, driving strong year-over-year ACV growth through expansion and cross-sell of Core solutions..
Drive a data-driven operating model: own pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and performance metrics with rigor and precision.
Establish and maintain executive relationships with C-suite
