Lawfficiency is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team and support a U.S.-based Personal Injury law firm.
We’re looking for someone who already understands the Personal Injury environment and is ready to contribute from day one.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in U.S. Personal Injury
• Advanced English proficiency
• Experience handling legal documentation and case-related tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset
What we’re looking for:




Someone who can confidently support attorneys and legal teams, follow up on cases, communicate professionally with clients and providers, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
