We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Vendor Promotion Clerk to support the scheduling, tracking, reporting, and administrative coordination of vendor promotional activities across PriceSmart locations in Latin America and the Caribbean. In this role, you will work closely with the Vendor Promotions Manager, Buyers, and Assistant Buyers to ensure promotional activities are properly scheduled, supported, monitored, and reported.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and confidence working with data, budgets, reports, and cross-functional teams.

Vendor promotions coordination & tracking
Support the Vendor Promotions Manager with the development of monthly promotional budgets by department and country.
Prepare, send, and receive vendor commitments for promotional activities.
Review in-country quantities and available locations to support promotional performance.
Prepare and maintain Manufacturer Savings and Digital Marketing schedules.
Audit promotional readiness and follow up on scheduled activities with Buyers and Assistant Buyers.
Ensure promotional activities are properly scheduled and supported across participating locations.
Data management & reporting
Enter Manufacturer Savings pricing into JD Edwards.
Review, evaluate, and process Digital Marketing demonstration performance reports.
Gather and review proof-of-performance reports from promotional activities.
Maintain accurate promotional records and supporting documentation.
Prepare monthly ven
