We are looking for a Panel Onboarding & Activation Agent to engage with households across the region, guide them through the onboarding journey, and help them become active participants in one of the world's leading audience measurement programs.

What You'll Do
✅ Communicate daily in English with households across the region, including North America.
✅ Introduce participants to the program and guide them through the onboarding process.
✅ Build trust, answer questions, and explain the value and benefits of participating.
✅ Handle objections professionally and support participants throughout their journey.
✅ Maintain accurate records and follow established operational procedures.
✅ Collaborate with international teams and contribute to a strategic general initiative.
✅ Achieve performance goals related to participant engagement, onboarding, and retention.
What We're Looking For
✔ Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level) with strong conversational skills.
✔ Technical degree, technologist diploma, or ongoing university studies in business, administration, communications, marketing, customer service, social sciences, or related fields. Equivalent education supported by relevant experience will also be considered.
✔ At least 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, retention, collections, survey operations, participant recruitment, or other phone-based customer engagement roles with a conversion focus.
