Position Summary
The SMB (Small & Medium Business) Account Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with distributors, retailers, dealers, and other business customers within an assigned territory or account portfolio. This role focuses on maintaining existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities to increase sales and expand Guard Dog Security's market presence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of small and medium-sized business accounts.
Develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers, dealers, and wholesale customers.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate new business opportunities.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers to increase repeat business.
Present new products, promotions, and sales programs.
Prepare quotes and follow up on customer inquiries.




Work closely with Customer Service, Warehouse, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer purchasing trends and recommend additional products.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM system.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Stay knowledgeable about Guard Dog Security products and industry trends.
Represent the company professionally during customer interactions, trade shows, and virtual meetings as needed.
2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Experienced with tools such as Google Workspace and CRM platforms (HubSpot).
