Dekel Holdings is a real estate investment and development company focused on the acquisition, development, and management of innovative real estate projects. We currently operate in Panama City and Pedasí, Panama.
About the Role
Dekel Holdings is looking for a Finance Intern to support the financial and operational management of our different real estate projects.
The selected candidate will play an active role in monitoring and organizing financial information, including cash flows, bank accounts, payments, financial reports, budgets, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities
Update and monitor cash flows across different projects.
Monitor bank accounts, balances, and transactions to maintain an up-to-date cash position.
Track payments, financial obligations, and accounts payable.
Review and follow up on payment requests / check requests.
Prepare and update financial reports.
Update and monitor Net Asset Value (NAV).
Support budget and expense tracking across projects.
Organize, review, and analyze financial information.




Identify and follow up on discrepancies or inconsistencies in financial information.
Support the preparation and updating of financial information for decision-making.
Support the implementation and development of AI-driven solutions and process improvements within the company.
Support the team with other financial and operational processes as needed.
Requirements
Currently pursuing the final semesters of a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Experience and familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
Ability and willingness to use AI tools to support financial analysis, information organization, automation, and process optimization.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
