Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, high achieving Project Manager & Bulk Leads Associate to build relationships with prospective clients, maintain relationships with existing customers, and manage bulk orders of plush toys from start to finish. This remote role combines Lead Management with End-to-End Project Coordination.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer records in our CRM, identifying potential opportunities for upselling, collaborating with production teams to ensure order accuracy,



and consistently meeting quality and communication goals. The position is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving revenue growth through bulk orders. This role is not a technical or software project management position.

The Bulk Order Project Manager is a client-facing, detail-driven role focused on managing large custom plush orders (100+ units) from quote to delivery. You’ll act as the primary point of contact between the customer and our overseas factory, ensuring timelines, specifications, and follow-ups are handled accurately and proactively.

Qualifications
Industry Experience: Prior experience in merchandising sales, manufacturing, custom or promotional products.
Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written skills; you must be comfortable negotiating and presenting to corporate clients.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CRM platforms (FreshSales preferred) a
