We're Hiring: Accounting Specialist

? What You'll Do:

Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, payment application, and collections.
Process accounts payable, vendor invoices, and payment schedules accurately.
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in QuickBooks or ERP systems.
Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations.
Prepare financial reports and support month-end and year-end closing.
Communicate professionally with clients regarding invoices, balances, and payment status.
Support the CFO with financial analysis, reporting, and special projects.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
Maintain organized accounting documentation and audit support.
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiency.

? What We're Looking For:

✔️ 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance roles




✔️ Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
✔️ Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar accounting software
✔️ Advanced Excel skills and financial analysis capabilities
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
✔️ English proficiency preferred
