We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to support recruitment activities across Latin America, partner closely with business leaders, HR and Operations teams, analyze talent acquisition trends, and contribute to our regional talent strategy.

Solid professional experience in recruitment and selection.
Experience managing end-to-end selection processes.

A commercial mindset and an understanding of the impact of Talent Acquisition on the business.
Flexibility to navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and organizational transformation.
