You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and hiring managers, supporting full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions across technical and non-technical roles.
Based in Bogotá, Colombia, this hybrid position is well suited to an early-career recruitment professional who is organized, curious, and eager to build strong sourcing, screening, and candidate experience skills across Latin American and integral markets.
