About the Role
We are looking for an experienced TRACK PMS Expert / Webmaster to take ownership of our company's use of TRACK PMS.
This is a highly specialized role for someone with hands-on, expert-level experience using and troubleshooting TRACK PMS. You will be responsible for managing system configurations, troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring integrations and synchronizations, and working directly with the TRACK provider when technical support is required.
The adecuado candidate is highly technical, resourceful, and able to independently investigate problems, identify root causes, and drive issues through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company's day-to-day use of TRACK PMS
Troubleshoot TRACK-related technical and system issues
Investigate errors, system problems, and synchronization issues
Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between TRACK and other platforms
Review and manage TRACK settings, configurations, workflows, and processes
Identify root causes of technical and operational issues within TRACK




Work directly with TRACK's support and technical teams to resolve complex issues
Clearly document issues and provide relevant technical information to the TRACK provider
Follow up with the provider until issues are fully resolved
Support internal team members with TRACK-related questions and usage issues
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, configurations, and overall use of TRACK
Serve as the company's internal subject-matter expert and primary point of contact for TRACK PMS
Maintain documentation of recurring issues, solutions, configurations, and processes
Requirements
Expert-level, hands-on experience with TRACK PMS is required
Strong knowledge of TRACK PMS functionality, workflows, settings, and configurations
Proven experience troubleshooting TRACK-related technical issues
Experience troubleshooting integrations, data synchronization, and system errors
