Fabula, a fast-growing D2C coffee brand in the United States, is hiring to own and scale TikTok Shop as a revenue channel. This is a growth role focused on affiliate, creator partnerships, paid TikTok Shop advertising, content, and organic growth.
You’ll work directly with the founders to fine tune the growth engine, making data-driven decisions around GMV, CAC, ROAS, conversion, and profitability. AI fluency is a must, and you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
