Position Title: Mid-Level Salesforce Developer

Location: LATAM

What you will be doing:

As a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer, you will contribute hands-on to the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across industries. You have solid working knowledge of Salesforce's technical domains — including programmatic development, declarative solutioning, and integrations — and enjoy solving practical business problems through clean, well-structured code.



You'll work closely with senior developers and architects to build and test custom solutions, contribute to technical documentation, and continue growing your expertise across the platform.
- Contribute to translating business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions
- Support the estimation of effort for assigned development tasks
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute solutioning ideas
- Develop custom solutions and integrations under the guidance of senior team members
- Build and execute unit tests and test plans to ensure solution quality
- Participate in peer code reviews and apply technical best practices
- Stay current with Salesforce platform features and functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
