Purpose of the Position
- Provide cross-functional operational support across different people services areas such as: Payroll, Validated Learning and HR Data Management, ensuring service continuity, reporting accuracy, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
- Act as a key operational resource for reporting, documentation management, ticket administration, audit support, and data maintenance activities.
- Cooperate with automation, digitalization, and continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, data quality, and employee experience across People Services operations.
