Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for roles based in Bogotá, from intake and sourcing through offer and pre-onboarding, in close partnership with U.S.based stakeholders.
- Identify, attract, and engage top talent through a variety of sourcing techniques and channels.
- Build and improve recruiting processes, templates, communications, and workflows to create and maintain an efficient and consistent hiring experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and the U.S.based recruiting team to keep searches moving with urgency and strong communication.
- Use recruiting data and pipeline insights to identify bottlenecks, track progress, and recommend improvements that increase hiring efficiency.
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, solve problems proactively, and help establish scalable recruiting practices as hiring in Bogotá grows.

Education and Experience Qualifications:
- Minimum: 5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, People Operations, Recruiting Operations, or a related field,



with a track record of driving hiring results and improving processes.
- Preferred: 7+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, People Operations, Recruiting Operations, or a related field.

Required Knowledge, Skills or Abilities
- Demonstrated passion for improving recruiting processes through AI, automation, and thoughtful operational design.
- Experience working for or closely with a U.S.based company or team, with the ability to collaborate effectively across geographies and time zones.
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfort working with recruiting and collaboration tools such as Workday, Microsoft Teams, spreadsheets, workflow tools, or similar systems.
- Strong stakeholder management, organization, and follow-through, with the ability to balance recruiter execution and process improvement work.
