Your Role:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team supporting the Gallagher Go customer portal — a high-impact digital transformation programme. In this role, you will be the Agile heartbeat of multiple squads, driving delivery excellence and fostering high-performing team environments.

In this role you will play a key role in:
- Facilitating all Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring teams remain focused and aligned on sprint goals.




- Creating and maintaining Sprint Status Reports, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards to provide clear visibility of progress to stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog readiness, refine user stories, and define clear acceptance criteria that drive meaningful delivery outcomes.
- Representing teams in Scrum of Scrums and cross-team coordination forums, while leading stakeholder meetings and status calls with both internal and client leadership.
- Acting as a servant-leader by removing impediments, supporting Agile maturity growth, and fostering a psychologically safe, high-performing team environment across distributed teams.
