Accountant

Compensation: $1400-$2500 USD Per Month

Hiring REMOTE Accountant - Multiple positions immediately available. We help US businesses hire applicants from various countries for REMOTE job opportunities, and we have multiple open Accountant positions we need to immediately hire. You would be working directly with the business.

Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records, transactions, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and company financial policies.
- Review financial data for accuracy and identify errors and process improvements.
- Support month-end close, audits, payroll, and financial analysis.

Preferred Skills & Tools:




- Accounting software: QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar
- Excel or Google Sheets: formulas, pivot tables, and reconciliations
- Financial reporting, bookkeeping, AP/AR, and general ledger knowledge
- U.S. Tax, payroll, compliance, and month-end close familiarity

Qualifications
- 1+ Years as an Accountant or similar position.:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of U.S. GAAP.
- Fluent English, both verbal and written.
- Stable internet connection and capable equipment.
- Energetic & upbeat.
- Team Player.
- Willing to listen to feedback & improve.
