Job Purpose:
Responsibilities:
- Provide first
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with integral support teams to ensure efficient and effective handover and resolution.
- Support the execution of the LAC AI Journey by facilitating onboarding and learning experiences.
- Contribute to the creation of training materials using content from the DART team and other global resources.
- Promote the use of AI platforms (LARA, SARA, NexChat) and help users integrate them into their daily workflows.
- Act as a liaison between business users and IT to gather feedback and identify training needs
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align support and education efforts with business priorities.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- 5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field required.
- Experience with AI platforms or digital adoption tools.
- Knowledge of change management principles

Working Conditions:
