We’re hiring a Social Media Strategist & AI-Enabled Short-Form Content Producerto help scale the content engine behind GBS Groupand our startup brand, LLC Hub. This role owns the strategy, creation, distribution, and optimization of short-form content across Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

This is not an editing role or a content creation role. We are looking for a marketer with strong content fundamentals who actively uses AI tools to improve research, ideation, scripting, production, analysis, and workflow efficiency. You will combine and coordinate creative execution with sound marketing judgment to turn complex financial and business advice into engaging, accurate, and useful content.

Responsibilities

Content Creation
- Produce 2 to 3 short-form videos and graphics per day for GBS Group’s channels, balancing quality, speed, and strategic purpose.
- Video Scripting: Researching, developing, and writing engaging,



audience-focused scripts for content creators (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
- Coordinate the editing of engaging clips tailored to Reels, TikTok, and Shorts by repurposing long-form advisory content or editing raw footage provided by leadership.
- Translate complex tax, accounting, and business growth concepts into simple, visual, highly shareable content that provides value to entrepreneurs and business owners.
- Coordinate the design of on-brand visuals for video overlays, carousels, and thumbnails using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.Coordinate the creation and maintain repeatable templates, prompt libraries, and production workflows that improve creative output and turnaround time.Platform Strategy and Publishing
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain a balanced content mix:
- Educational:Tax tips, compliance reminders, financial literacy.
