Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and tech-savvy Software Product Manager to lead the development and innovation of our platforms. The Software Project Manager is a member of the Information Technology team based in Medellin, Colombia. The position plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital products, aligning business goals with user needs, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-impact solutions in the disaster recovery space.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch
- Conduct deep user research to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements via a clear, inspiring product roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: UX/UI, engineering, business, and leadership
- Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications




- Measure and improve product performance using data-driven KPIs
- Facilitate user feedback loops and continuous improvement
- Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders with clarity and impact

Requirements:
- Fluent in English-Minimum Level B2 (i.e., ability to engage in professional conversations with English speakers)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of experience as a Software Product Manager or similar role
- Strong technical understanding of software development and SaaS platforms
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder alignment
- Experience in user research, design thinking, and agile product development
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Track record of successful product launches

Preferred Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum or Lean methodologies
