We are looking for a seasoned _project management leader_ who will help build, manage, and drive a variety of projects in partnership with the various teams across the marketing organization. You’ll manage and execute projects from the initial brief to the final deliverable, ensuring that all phases—from intake and planning to delivery and analysis—run smoothly.
- Company offers a hybrid format of work: (hybrid office visit - 3 days in the office/2 remote). The office is located in Edificio Select, Cra. 29c, El Poblado, Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia._

This is an important role and critical for us to continue scaling to match our growth. You are passionate about building comprehensive strategic briefs, bringing disparate parts together to make a more cohesive program, continuous process improvements, and building strong relationships. You will work directly with the head of the corporate marketing functions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.




- Actively manage all project phases: intake, planning, creation, refinement, feedback & approvals, delivery, analysis, reporting, and archival.
- Develop comprehensive project briefs that clearly outline objectives, timelines, and deliverables, setting the stage for successful project execution.
- Assign tasks and manage project workflows, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Proactively identify potential risks and establish backup plans, ensuring projects stay on track (“hope for the best; plan for the worst”).
- Track and monitor tasks to ensure that projects stay on track, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
- Think ahead: stay 2-3 steps ahead in the creative process by continuously reaching out to stakeholders, producers, partners, and vendors.
