The Role
We’re looking for a Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance team. This role blends core accounting responsibilities with strong Accounts Payable and bookkeeping support.

You’ll help manage day-to-day accounting operations, support the monthly close process, ensure AP workflows run smoothly, and assist with audits and tax-related processes — all while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.

This is a hands-on role idóneo for someone who enjoys both structured accounting work and operational execution.

What You’ll Do

Accounting
- Maintain financial records, reports,



and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare journal entries and support the monthly close process.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Support financial statement preparations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
- Support external audits and tax-related requests.
- Collaborate closely with the Accounting Manager and cross-functional teams.

Accounts Payable & Accounting Operations
- Receive, review, and record invoices using platforms such as Bill-com Beanworks, QuickBooks, and similar systems.
- Track invoice approvals and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely processing.
- Reconcile invoices with accounting records, and assist with AP reporting.
- Communicate with vendors regarding missing documentation, invoice discrepancies, and payment status.
- Coordinate with internal teams on AP-related requests.
