About the Role:
We’re looking for a QA Manager with strong leadership experience and a strategic mindset to define, scale, and drive quality across multiple products and teams. While this is a strategic and administrative leadership role, a solid technical QA background is required to make informed decisions regarding test strategy, risk management, delivery trade-offs, and quality outcomes. The QA Manager will work closely with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Leadership teams,



ensuring quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle and aligned with business priorities.

This role is adecuado for a leader who can bring structure, clarity, and predictability to complex and evolving delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and define the overall QA strategy, aligned with product roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Lead, manage, and develop a QA organization of 30+ people, including QA Leads and senior contributors.
- Perform capacity planning, demand forecasting, and resource allocation across multiple teams and concurrent initiatives.
- Anticipate delivery and quality risks, proactively adjusting QA strategy, staffing, and priorities.
- Translate product roadmaps and delivery plans into clear QA execution models.
- Define test strategies for new products, large-scale enhancements, and complex integrations.
- Establish and monitor delivery-oriented quality
