Job Summary

Participate in the definition of business strategies and plans on production, maintenance, and logistics variables to ensure the achievement of short, medium, and long-term objectives assigned to the production plant.

Coordinate maintenance, logistics, production, and quality control activities within the scheduled times to ensure the availability of products to customers while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in the planning process of the plant's activities regarding production/plant/logistics variables through your structure and schedule personnel and plants to:
- Manage/improve logistics activities
- Coordinate production-related activities
- Ensure high levels of safety in the plant organization
- Coordinate the activities of technical services
- Develop and propose, based on plant availability and commercial needs, the production plan for the plant
- Identify, define,



propose the acquisition of necessary resources to meet the needs of the production plant, ensuring the necessary training and requalification of the resources
- Seek improvement and optimization of the production process by coordinating plant modification activities and ensuring the implementation of approved investments
- Ensure timely and effective plant maintenance activities
- Ensure the realization of production plans in terms of volumes, quantities, times, and costs, providing for their periodic updating
- Guarantee the required production and quality levels, optimizing the use of production resources and ensuring synergy between production areas and service areas
- Manage, coordinate, and motivate the human resources of the dependent structure to achieve a high level of performance.
