What You'll Do:
As our Recruiting Coordinator, you will execute the daily recruiting tasks that keep our cleaner pipeline strong and support the operations & sales teams with precision:
- Send follow-ups, schedule and confirm interviews using scripts
- Conduct pre-screening calls and record notes accurately
- Schedule test cleanings and ensure they are executed without delays
- Follow up on feedback, handle initial cleaner onboarding steps, and push documentation
- Track all progress in Breezy, Slack and Google Sheets
- Escalate complex issues to the Ops Lead immediately
- Sales support where needed: inbound sales inquiries, CRM tasks and updates, Helpscout ticket inquiries, customer support:
